Burn permits cannot be requested more than one week in advance and the ending date must be within one week of the beginning date. If requesting a permit for only one day, please leave the ending date field blank.

*	By checking this box, I agree to abide by requirements of Franklin Village Ordinance 678.01, including among other things to burn only leaves and branches less than 2 1/2 inches in diameter and four feet in length, and only in acceptable and safe atmospheric conditions. I agree to ensure that the burning be extinguished at or before sunset. To avoid smoldering and large quantities of smoke, I agree only to burn dry leaves and branches and to have an operational garden hose available at the site of burning. I understand that this permit may be revoked by the Police or Fire Department if atmospheric conditions are deemed to be such a nature as to cause the fire to be a potential danger to persons or property within the Village.
